Burlap Lofts is one of the latest projects in the beautiful portfolio of CTD Realty Corporation. This renovated commercial space is a mix of private offices with options for restaurant and gallery space. As a part of the renovation, old elevator doors were salvaged to bring some life to seating nooks in the tenant’s common areas. I love how abstract the client pushed this mini mural, wanting to emphasize the existing texture of the door and bring a punch of color to the otherwise neutral space.
